We offer a 30 day return policy. 

Please be aware that our products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, which covers defective components and defects in workmanship arising during the manufacturing process.

If you encounter any defects, you have the option to return the product to us for assessment and necessary repairs. Yawman LLC will cover the associated shipping and receiving costs for both defective units and replacement parts. In cases where the product cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided to you free of charge.

For us to efficiently process your warranty claims, please ensure you have the product's serial number and proof of purchase when making return or replacement requests. Please note that any returns lacking these details will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Please know that non-defective units are not eligible for refunds beyond 30 days of purchase. In the case of defective returns, all product materials must be included, and the product should be in its original condition.

However, it's important to be aware that the following defects are not covered by our warranty:

  • Damages resulting from a failure to adhere to the instructions provided in the manual.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches and deterioration from contact with surfaces.
  • Defects resulting from improper use or cleaning.
  • Physical damage, such as scratches or a broken casing due to dropping the product or negligence.
  • Damage caused by excessive force.
  • Damage arising from connecting components that are not provided or included with Yawman products.
