Laminar Research X-Plane Setup

The Yawman Arrow is designed for plug-and-play compatibility with X-Plane 12 with the inclusion of a default profile available when you plug in the controller. The simulator will prompt you to Calibrate your Yawman Arrow, instructing you to move each axis of the controller through its full range of motion. Once each axis is moved fully, the measured travel of each axis will change from red to blue.

When all axes are calibrated, select next. The next step is to program the natural center point for each axis. Let go of your controls, allowing them back to the centered position. Then click next while X-Plane establishes a calibrated center point. This takes around five seconds. Once this process is complete, click Finish.
